Apple Dijon Vinaigrette

Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined-sugar Free

This vinaigrette offers a wonderful combination of dill, apples, dijon with a touch of spice! Pairs nicely with many salads!

Yields approximately 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup filtered water

  • 1 shallot, minced

  • 1 garlic clove minced

  • 5 Tbsp Extra Virgin olive oil

  • 3 Tbsp Apple cider Vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened Apple Sauce

  • 2 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard

  • ½ tsp dried dill (feel free to sub fresh)

  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika (regular paprika will also work)

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • fresh ground pepper


Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a small bowl & whisk to combine. OR, you can simply use a blender or handheld immersion blender (my preferred method).
