Rise to Shine- Small Group Fitness Class

Start your day with a killer full-body workout combining aspects of strength, cardio and flexibility. Enjoy a small group atmosphere and have fun exploring a variety of exercises using equipment such as TRX’s, kettlebells, bosu balls and more! Plus, recipes & lifestyle tips are included each week! (Maximum 10 participants).

Wednesdays, 6:30 - 7:30 am | 6 classes per session
September 09th - October 14th (FULL) | October 21st - December 02nd

Fridays, 6:30 - 7:30 am | 6 classes per session
September 11th - October 16th | October 23rd - November 27

Slow Flow Yoga- Small Group

A gentle and slower paced yoga class to stretch tight muscles and calm our busy minds. Perfect for those new to yoga or looking for more of a beginner style class. We’ll do a combination of standing, seated and floor poses, holding for some and flowing for others. Each class will be tailored to the needs of the group, one of the benefits of a private, small group setting!

This smooth yet dynamic class is designed to energize the soul with compassion and play while building strength, coordination and flexibility with breath. We will tap into the ebb & flow and move our way through a fluid vinyasa inspired practice.

HIIT

High intensity interval training! An excellent way to burn calories, build strength and maximize your time at the gym! Definitely a more challenging class but modifications will be offered for all fitness levels and I guarantee you, you’ll leave sweaty & smiling!

My favourite piece of equipment! The TRX offers an effective, dynamic, full body workout with endless possibilities to challenge & push your body! The system works by leveraging body weight & gravity to perform hundreds of exercises.
