HEALTHY SNACKS

One of the most common questions I receive from clients is “What can I eat for a healthy snack”? So I’ve designed a wellness workshop to help you with just that! First, you’ll have a hands-on class learning how to make three of my favourite easy and delicious snack recipes. No fancy chef skills required. Second I’ll show you a few “quick-assemble” snacks you can whip up at work or at home using just a few simple ingredients. Lastly, I’ll show you some healthier store-bought snack options. It’s going to be fun, informative and full of yummy samples!

FITNESS FOR SURFERS

Whether you’re an avid surfer or just beginning, we all want to catch a few more waves, feel good about our surfing and enjoy our time spent in the ocean. In this workshop we’ll start to build a foundation for mobility, strength, stability and athleticism that will have you surfing stronger and pain free. All levels of fitness & surfing abilities welcome!

FIT FOR THE SLOPES

Heading to the mountains this winter? Join “Fit for the Slopes” to get your body geared up for a great season. Whether you’re an avid skier or beginner snowboarder, we all want to steer clear of injuries and ride down the mountain feeling strong, confident and agile. In this workshop you’ll learn exercises and stretches specific to skiing/snowboarding which will compliment and enhance your time in the snow. Movements will focus on building stability and strength, increasing mobility and improving overall athleticism. By taking care of your body, you’ll help ensure a pain-free season and countless days of joy and freedom as you float down the mountain! Suitable for all levels and modifications will be given for individual needs.
