Blueberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

Nothing says summer like freshly picked, local berries; fresh, flavourful and perfect for smoothie bowls!
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 Banana
2-3 handfuls of Spinach (I always pack the spinach in there!!)
1-2 large Tbsp of Avocado
1 handful of fresh Parsley
1 Tbsp of Ground Chia Seeds
1 heaping Tablespoon of Vanilla Protein (I use Vega Vanilla Protein & Greens)
½ Cup of Unsweetened Vanilla Cashew or Almond Milk
2-3 ice cubes
Toppings
Fresh blueberries (approx. 1/2 cup)
1 Tbsp shredded coconut
2 Tbsp chopped cashews
Directions
Add all ingredients to high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Using a spatula, scoop into a bowl, add toppings and enjoy!
