Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bliss Balls

Gluten free, dairy-free, vegan

If the name isn’t enough for you, indulge yourself in these bitesized treats full of protein and healthy fats. They’re also free of refined sugars!


Makes Approx. 16 Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates, pitted and soaked

  • ½ cup almonds (or nut/seed of your choice)

  • ½ cup walnuts

  • ½ cup cacao nibs (or dark chocolate chips - dairy free if needed)

  • ½ cup shredded coconut

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • ½ banana

  • 2 heaping tbsp of all natural almond butter

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Roll into small balls.

  2. Option to roll in shredded coconut for extra topping

  3. Best served chilled. Can be stored in the freezer for a long time.
