Ginger Pear Smoothie Bowl

Gluten free, Dairy Free, Vegan

Bright, cheerful and full of zing! This delicious smoothie bowl cleanses the digestive system and is packed with delicious nutrients.

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1/2 inch ginger 

  • 3 handfuls of spinach 

  • Handful of fresh parsley or mint (or I like a combo of both)

  • 1 pear, cut into chunks 

  • 2 full Tbsp of avocado 

  • 1 heaping Tbsp protein powder (I used Vega Protein & Greens)

  • 1-2 ice cubes 

  • ½ - ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Suggested Toppings

  • Sliced kiwi, strawberries & passion fruit (about ½ Cup)

  • Sprinkle of chia seeds & Shredded Coconut

  • Granola

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings!
