Ginger Pear Smoothie Bowl
Gluten free, Dairy Free, Vegan
Bright, cheerful and full of zing! This delicious smoothie bowl cleanses the digestive system and is packed with delicious nutrients.
Serves 1
Ingredients
1/2 inch ginger
3 handfuls of spinach
Handful of fresh parsley or mint (or I like a combo of both)
1 pear, cut into chunks
2 full Tbsp of avocado
1 heaping Tbsp protein powder (I used Vega Protein & Greens)
1-2 ice cubes
½ - ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Suggested Toppings
Sliced kiwi, strawberries & passion fruit (about ½ Cup)
Sprinkle of chia seeds & Shredded Coconut
Granola
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings!
