Mango Mint Smoothie Bowl

Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan

Mint and mango are two of my favourite flavours, so why not pair them together! This smoothie bowl is refreshing, tropical and cleansing. Mint can also soothe tummy troubles like bloating, cramps and constipation.

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana

  • 2-3 handfuls of Spinach ( I always pack the spinach in there!!)

  • 2 large Tbsp of Avocado 

  • 1 handful of fresh mint leaves

  • 1 handful of fresh Parsley

  • 1 Tbsp of Ground Chia Seeds

  • 1 heaping Tablespoon of Vanilla Protein (I use Vega Vanilla Protein & Greens)

  • 1 tsp Spirulina (optional)

  • ½ Cup of Unsweetened Vanilla Cashew or Almond Milk

  • 2-3 ice cubes

 Toppings

  • Fresh Mango cut into cubes (approx 1/3 Cup)

  • Blackberries (6-8)

  • 1-2 Tbsp shredded coconut

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Using a spatula, scoop into a bowl, add toppings and enjoy!
