The Holiday season is a special time of year filled with magic & excitement and time spent with loved ones. But at the same time it can leave us feeling a little frazzled, overwhelmed and stretched too thin. Feeling like you could use a little quiet downtime just for yourself? Escape the hussle bussle and enjoy a wonderful morning of relaxation, nourishing stretches, healthy holiday goodies, aromatherapy and meditation.

Holiday Bliss is a beautiful morning for women to indulge in simple pleasures while giving back to the community. Take a little time out to nurture your mind, body and soul. Leave the chaos and stress at the door and melt into a few hours of delicious, joyful, self-pampering bliss!

$10 from each registration will go towards the YWCA's Holiday Gift Giving Programs- which provides food & toy hampers, clothing, parental support and childcare supplies for single mothers and their children across Metro Vancouver.

Welcome Circle- 9:00am-9:15am
Meet your fellow bliss-mates!

Yoga & Movement Bliss- 9:15am-10:15am
Embrace, love & celebrate your body! After a series of delicious & releasing stretches, let go of any expectations and just flow! Escape into some great music, express yourself freely and let your natural rhythm unfold! (suitable for all levels).

Sweets & Treats- 10:30am-11:30am
Savour and sample some decadent holiday treats, and darling you wouldn’t even know they’re healthy! In this workshop you’ll learn a few fabulous appetizer, treat and dessert recipes. Easy to make and perfect to re-create at home.

Aromatherapy 11:30am-12:00pm
Indulge your sense of smell and learn about the healing benefits of essential oils. We will even make our own Bath Scrub so you can soothe and soak from the comfort of your own tub!

Inner Sanctuary- 12:15pm-1:00pm
Unwind your mind and nurture your soul with a relaxing guided meditation. Drift into pure, uninterrupted, unhurried bliss. The ultimate way to de-stress.
