Pear, Mint & Vanilla Smoothie

There are few ingredients more refreshing than mint in a smoothie. Combine it with the goodness of kale, spinach and sweet pear and vanilla, and you’ve got yourself the healthiest, freshest and tastiest snack!
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 pear - washed and diced
½ banana
1-2 handfuls of kale
1-2 handfuls of spinach
1/4 cup or small handful of parsley
1/4 cup or small handful of mint
2 tbsp of avocado
½ tsp of pure vanilla extract
1 heaping tablespoon of Vega Vanilla Protein and Greens
½ cup of unsweetened vanilla cashew or almond milk
½ cup water or coconut water
Optional toppings:
1 tsp of Spirulina
Directions
Add all ingredients to high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
