Pear, Mint & Vanilla Smoothie

Gluten Free. Dairy Free.

There are few ingredients more refreshing than mint in a smoothie. Combine it with the goodness of kale, spinach and sweet pear and vanilla, and you’ve got yourself the healthiest, freshest and tastiest snack!

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 pear - washed and diced

  • ½ banana

  • 1-2 handfuls of kale

  • 1-2 handfuls of spinach

  • 1/4 cup or small handful of parsley

  • 1/4 cup or small handful of mint

  • 2 tbsp of avocado

  • ½ tsp of pure vanilla extract

  • 1 heaping tablespoon of Vega Vanilla Protein and Greens

  • ½ cup of unsweetened vanilla cashew or almond milk

  • ½ cup water or coconut water

Optional toppings:

  • 1 tsp of Spirulina

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
