Ingredients
1 cup of diced pear
1/2 banana
1/2 cup raspberries
1/3 cup diced cucumber
Handful of parsley
2 handfuls of spinach
1 tbsp protein powder
1 tbsp Spirulina (optional)
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ cup water or coconut water
